Mojitos for all your friends
-
Prepare all the ingredients
(don't forget to squeeze the limes in advance) - Line up the glasses
- To dose the lime correctly, the juice should cover the sugar
- In the correct order, add the same ingredients into all the glasses
Making a Mojito for ten, fifteen, twenty people
is really not a problem, it's very simple.
The most important thing is to make them all at the same time
so that everyone can drink them together.
The secret to being quick lies
in having the ingredients prepared beforehand.
There you go, twenty Mojitos.
It's important that the glasses are
lined up.
Let's add the sugar.
We add lemon until the sugar is covered
which works out equal
to the juice of half a good-sized lemon.
We add two small sprigs of fresh mint
with the stalks.
That's where the true flavour of the Mojito comes from.
We add 9 centiliters of sparkling water.
Then we add 4.5 centiliters
of Havana Club Añejo 3 años rum.
"For the saints".
Now we add ice cubes.
That's everything.
Now we add an absorber
which allows us to mix it.
Here we have twenty Mojitos.
Help yourselves.
I hope you enjoy it.
